The Sgambeda will take place on Saturday 03rd December, on a ring to be repeated more times, with a total distance of about 25 km.
The program as well has been modified: the start of the Elite Women is scheduled at 10.00, while at 10.30 will be the turn of the Men Elite and at 12.00 of the Amateurs (1st, 2nd and 3rd group) separated by few minutes one from each other.
The registrations will be open online till Wednesday 30th November on the website lasgambeda.it. After that date, the late registration can be done, while bibs last, directly at the race office, located at Plaza Placheda within Friday 2nd December.
The Organizing Committee, in agreement with Visma Ski Classics, decided to give all registered people for Sgambeda 2016 a discount of 30% on the registration 2017. More details will be given after this year edition.
The Bib Pickup will be in Plaza Placheda, Via Saroch 1098/a, with the following timetable
Thursday 01.12: from 14.00 to 19.00
Friday 02.12: from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 19.00
Saturday 03.12: from 7.30 to 9.00
For the younger, aged 8 to 17, on Sunday 4th December there will be the Minisgambeda, race in free technique on tracks of different lengths depending on the category, starting at 11:00 on the Nordic Ski Centre in Livigno. After the competition, even the young athletes will have the chance to join the pasta party in Plaza Placheda, where the awards ceremony will follow.
