LI TEA GOURMAND: CARROT, PUMPKIN, RED FRUITS, GRAPES AND PEARS THE PROTAGONISTS OF THE 5 DINNERS PROPOSED BY THE LIVIGNO CHEF AND PASTRY ASSOCIATION

Yesterday, Thursday 3 October, Livigno inhabitants and visitors were able to experience the unique experience of Li Tea Gourmand, the event organized by the Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of Livigno to surprise the palates of the guests with 5 different menus prepared in 5 different 'tee', the typical huts, for enhance the flavors and aromas of the area and welcome autumn.

Under the starry sky of the Little Tibet, in privileged positions from which to admire all the beauty of an illuminated Livigno, visitors and livignaschi were able to experience the unique emotion of Li Tea Gourmand, organized by the Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of Livigno, which for years brings together all the passion, enthusiasm and creativity of chefs and pastry chefs of Livigno.

Also this year, with Li Tea Gourmand Livigno was the scene of five dinners that were held simultaneously in five different locations and whose undisputed protagonists were the flavors, the most authentic tradition and the innovative spirit of the chefs and pastry chefs of the 'Association.

To make the event even more special, the locations chosen for the evening: the five dinners, in fact, were held in five different tee, the typical chalets of the tradition, for the occasion set up to recreate a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

There were 30 chefs and pastry chefs who, divided into brigades, created and served the guests five different gourmet menus, each of which had as its protagonist a different product, chosen from the typical products of the autumn season. To accompany each menu, thanks to the help of the local Sommeliers, there were glasses of selected International wines.

The five private huts chosen to host the dinners, located in Pemont, Luleta and Camposc'tin, have been transformed into enchanted and evocative places, to make each guest experience the feeling of welcome and warmth that has always been breathed in the symbolic places of tradition. Their truly panoramic position, combined with the attention to the preparations, have contributed to making each dinner a unique emotion to be experienced and told: the details of the interiors but also of the exteriors, the music as a light background, the warmth of fireplaces, wood and fireplaces have been perfectly combined with the starry sky and the panoramic view from above on the illuminated Livigno, giving guests the perfect atmosphere to savor the tradition and creativity brought to the table by chefs and pastry chefs.

Worthy of note, the menus prepared by the Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of Livigno: at La Téa da Doménia da Bernàrd by Móni, the protagonist of each dish was the carrot, accompanied by the hare and raspberry, while next to the red fruits, from Al Baita dal Magro da Luléta, rabbit and truffle have excelled. At La Téa da Domeniòn, a menu was instead served that made the pumpkin the protagonist, accompanied by the duck and the chestnut. The menus served at La Téa da Róco da Francésc'ch da Filipp and La Téa da Doméni da Ménc instead had as main ingredients with dishes respectively grapes, together with apple and venison, and pear, accompanied in every course from porcini and deer.

To make the evening truly unique and unforgettable, the dishes on each menu were accompanied by a very special combination: each dish was in fact tasted not only with taste, but also with all the other senses. In each Tea the guests could experience a real sensory experience and enjoyed the chefs' creations with smell, touch, hearing, sight and, of course, taste.
