The Christmas Village
Right in the center of the village, between the shopping streets and the ski lifts, Livigno has opened the doors of the Christmas Village, a cozy complex of wooden houses from which you spread sweet scents of roasted chestnuts, hot chocolate, ginger bread and mulled wine: a magical and suggestive place where you can rediscover the warmth of Christmas at 1816 meters.
The Village welcomes visitors from 26 November to 30 December, every day, from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm (except 13-14 December, 20 and 21 December, 25 December). An authentic toy paradise full of surprises as the creations and artifacts of local artisans, from rag dolls to precious objects carved in wood, which every year attract young and old alike. The experience is completed by Christmas melodies and the sound of bagpipes that from the stands spread through the streets of Livigno, to transport those present in a magical world of celebration and enchantment.
The Christmas letter to the MUS!
The MUS! the Ethnographic Museum of Livigno and Trepalle is waiting for all the children, a point of reference of the history of the territory and guardian of the ancient traditions. From 5 to 12 December, young visitors will be able to leave their letters to Santa Lucia inside the well of the Museum.
