IN LIVIGNO EVERYTHING IS READY FOR THE REOPENING OF THE LIFTS: A START WITH STYLE ON FEBRUARY 15TH

With the confirmation of Lombardy in the “yellow zone”, Livigno will be ready to reopen its facilities on Monday, February 15TH, activating at the same time a series of protocols that will allow people to return to live vacations/holidays in the snow without too many thoughts.

In recent months, the Small Tibet has worked non-stop in order to renew and enrich its offer with numerous alternatives that have made it possible to experience activities and sports in the snow in unconventional contexts, giving the possibility to live adrenaline and fun experiences, alone or in company.

After a long wait, Livigno is ready to reopen its ski-lifts: with the confirmation of Lombardy in the “yellow zone”, next Monday, February 15th, the Small Tibet will be ready to welcome back all ski and snowboard lovers, who will be able to return to cut through the snow of Livigno's slopes and reach 3,000 meters of altitude and then go down rapidly to the city centre.

Most of the lifts will reopen to the public from Monday: the use of the surgical mask and the maintenance of the distance will be mandatory to get access to them. For the safety of all users of the lifts, the capacity of each cabin and chairlift will be reduced to 50%, which must be respected even in the case of the same family unit.
In order to improve the safety of the ski area, the Alpini Group of Livigno will be on duty in the various points of access to the slopes to avoid the formation of gatherings and verify the correct use of the mask. All the details about opening hours and lifts will be available onavailable on the website https://www.livigno.eu/impianti-di-risalita

In order to make your vacation in the snow even safer, guests are recommended to purchase their daily and multi-day ski passes on-line: the physical tickets can then be picked up/collected at the lift ticket offices.
Several hotels have also joined the OPOS system, which allows them to issue ski passes at the time of check-in or at any time of their guests' stay. Access to the lifts will also be possible by using the pay-per-use technology of the Telepass Pay, MyPass Ski and Snowit systems.
Seasonal ski-pass can only be purchased at the Skipass Office. The regional ski- pass will not be available this year.

For vacations in the snow as safe as possible, it is also important to keep the health situation monitored, day after day. To meet this important need and thus protect the health of workers, residents and visitors, Livigno has equipped itself with rapid anti-hygienic tests that you can undergo in emergency or uncertainty situations by going to the point specifically set up at the center Aquagranda Active You!. In addition to contributing to the constant monitoring of the health situation in the area, this will allow to have an immediate response without going to the centers outside the valley.

< Luca Moretti President of the APT of Livigno - The hard work of the team has allowed us to maintain, even though with some necessary changes, all that that was already present in our offer and at the same time to enrich it with proposals, services and novelties created ad hoc to make every visitor live unique and unforgettable experiences. Today we are thus able to guarantee a full reopening in safety, which if the Lombardy Region will be reconfirmed yellow zone will be able to take place already from next Monday>>.
