ALTA VALTELLINA EXPERIENCE: REGISTRATION ARE OPEN

Alta Valtellina Experience opens the registration trough the new portal altavaltellinaskyrunning.com.

The two races of the prestigious circuit Skyrunner World Series 2016, which is scheduled for the last weekend of June, landed on the Net giving the sky runners the opportunity to enjoy a unique thrilling sporting experience in exclusive locations such as Santa Caterina Valfurva and Livigno.

Tracks of pure skyrunning in stunning location:

Santa Caterina Vertical  Kilometer and Livigno SkyMarathon are two brand new events signed by Marco De Gasperi that are taking place in the Stelvio National Park whose headquarters are two highly appealing tourist location.

The first test, scheduled for Friday, June 24, is a Vertical Km on majestic peaks such as Ortles and Cevedale starting from Valfurva and finishing, after 3km and 1000m height difference, on Cresta Sobretta.

Sunday, June 26, takes place Livigno SkyMarathon a 34km race with 2600mt of positive height gain surrounded by wild nature. A real Alpine marathon in perfect Skyrunning Style with technical sections on the peaks and passages through the mountains  over 3000mt of altitude. This unique race has its start and finish line in the heart of the Little Tibet which is the capital of outdoor sports in the mountain.
