The initiative involves the inhabitants of Livigno, who voluntarily clean up forests, fields and riverbeds from garbage that has accumulated over the winter months. On the occasion of the ECO DAY ‘Livigno Pulita’ there will be the CLOSURE TO PUBBLIC TRAFFIC from 9:00 to 17:00. The service of urban public transport will be implemented and some extra parking areas will be made available at Aquagranda and Teola which will be connected by shuttles. At the same time there will be the “FESTA DEGLI ALBERI” (Festival of the trees) which take place in a specific area involving children up to 12 years in collaboration with the Alpine trooper association. A little tree will be planted for each born in 2014 and the guys will take care of the tree during the years.
