LIVIGNO, THE "FROGS DISTRICT" WON THE CARNIVAL 2015

The traditional Carnival of Livigno Districts this year awarded the "Frogs Distric", with 2200 points.

The Carnival 2015 in Livigno has been won by the "Frogs District". It 'a joke? Not At All. Frogs, is the name of one of the four districts of the town that each year compete for the trophy. The other districts are: Truzz, Spazzon and Trepall. To win you must be the most talented in the skill games (of course on snow and ice...), the most imaginative in the masks parade and the most creative in the floats building. The Carnival of Livigno is really popular among local community, which is able to gift to the tourists in the resort, a show of music, color and happiness.

Livigno (ITA), February 16th 2015 – During the winter season mountain bikers normally are tucked away in their warm homes eagerly waiting for the snow to melt. But this is now a thing of the past – at least in the  mountain bike resort of Livigno. The rapidly growing trend of fat biking has been embraced in the popular holiday resort. Livigno has introduced 20 kilometers / 13 miles of trails, specifically designed for this discipline of mountain biking.
