Snow Food is coming to Mottolino: a snowcat with a kitchen!

The tastiest news of the winter season directly on your preferred ski slopes!

You know, at Mottolino we like to surprise you. This year we wanted to do even better, and conquer you with a completely new service. Starting from Sunday the 1st of February, on our slopes you’ll find Snow Food, a snow cat, with a real kitchen on it.

Every day we’ll cook for you delicious first quality hamburger and a surprise first course: everything in the wake of street food, the concept that we redifened taking it on the snow. Good taste lovers can’t miss the extraordinary presence of the unique Michelin cook of Livigno, chef Mattias Peri, that will be on the snow cat every Sunday. On Tuesdays, cooks of Slow Cooking Association will delight your palate with lake fish dishes.

A unique culinary experience at high altitude, that you can find only at Mottolino. Exceptional partners in this new adventure are Veuve Cliquot, with it precious sparkling wine, and Schenatti, the grappa from Valtellina that strengthens our connection to the territory.
