IVAN BASSO ANNOUNCES FROM LIVIGNO HIS RETURN ON BIKE

The pro rider of Team Tinkoff-Saxo announces his return on two wheels after the surgery of 15th July.

Ivan Basso has been ruled out of the Tour de France halfway through the competition after being diagnosed  with testicular cancer on July 13.

After just 30 days, the athlete from Varese, is now ready to return on his bike. He will give the good news to the world right  from Livigno.

On this occasion a press conference will be held on 17 August at the Aquagranda Livigno Sports Fitness Centre where, at 10.00 Basso will meet the national and international media, local operators and the public.

Few days ago Ivan Basso has, on several occasions, expressed the wish to have around him many people as possible during the conference, to thank them for the support and affection shown to him.
