STRALIVIGNO TOGETHER WITH VALTELLINA WINE TRAIL TO PROMOTE THE MOUNTAIN RUND AND THE ARES

Livigno, 9^th June 2015 – Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July, 2015 the mountain run will be once again the protagonist in Valtellina during the 16^th edition of Stralivigno. Thanks to the partnership signed between A.P.T. Livigno and the organizers of Valtellina Wine Trail, which is a running race through the vineyards and wine cellars of Valtellina, all fans of mountain runs, nature and good food will the chance to sign up for both events with a special price.

In detail, the registration fee for Stralivigno and Valtellina Wine Half Trail is just 40.00 euro until 30 June, and 50.00 euro from 1 July to 23 July, last day to sign up for Stralivigno. But the surprises do not end there: the advantages of this twinning between this two events consist not only in the registration fees.  At the end of the events there will be a final ranking which takes into account the participants’ results of both races and there will be a special prizegiving ceremony.

Also this year the runners who want to take  part in  Stralivigno on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July, 2015, will have the chance to put themselves to the test during the FIDAL 21km competition, the non-competitive race or the relay race. The route which will be completely in altitude and surrounded by a breathtaking landscape of Alta Valtellina with a  total drop of 416 meters. The weekend dedicated to mountain race will end on Sunday with Ministralivigno, a running race dedicated to children and teenagers up to 17 years.
