Family Week Summer

Besides the many activities dedicated specifically to families, from 6th to 13th July 2019 those staying in Livigno (in the facilities adhering to the offer) can benefit from the advantages offered by Family Week Summer, entirely dedicated to families. During the week, all children from 3 to 12 years old will have free access to Kinder Club Lupigno, the play area for children which offers countless activities including outdoor games, creative workshops, nature walks and much more in summer, all organised by experienced, qualified personnel. Moreover, for those who use Family Week Summer, fun is guaranteed in the Slide&Fun area of Aquagranda, that will win over adults and children alike with its pools and water slides. By buying two adult entrance tickets, the first child in the family goes free, while the second enjoys a 50% discount on their ticket (for children born after 1st January 2007).

Livigno Card Family and Family Hotel & Apartments

Little Tibet has lots of Family Hotels and Family Apartments Apartaments offering services tailored to the needs of the whole family, such as babysitting, paediatric assistance, play areas, children's menus, laundry services and also the availability of pushchairs and bikes with seats, backpacks and sledges. Families staying in these facilities will receive Livigno Card Family, the card designed specifically for families which, in addition to discounts and promotions on many activities to enjoy with their children, allows free access to a special dedicated programme. Livigno Card Family holders can access Kinder Club Lupigno free of charge, even at times other than Family Week Summer, as well as take part in family walks for free, half-day excursions organised by mountain guides, receive a 20% discount for entries to the Slide&Fun area of ​​Aquagranda and reductions on many other activities and experiences.

Family walks

One of the new features of summer 2019 is the programme of family walks, further enriched with a new weekly appointment. This summer, thanks to Livigno Card Family, every Tuesday and Thursday families can tackle pathways and trails for free with the mountain guides: among the walks proposed are that of the Cascata di Val Nera, Crap dala Parè, which leads to one of the most panoramic areas of Livigno, and also those that lead to Val Saliente and the sulphur water spring.

Bikes and adrenaline

There are many activities on offer for more daring children, too. Those who love two wheels can head to the Bike Skill Center, the ideal place to get familiar with mountain bikes and improve technique together with qualified instructors, while at the Bike Academy of Carosello 3000 and Sitas Area a path of 4.9 km is dedicated to learning all about mountain biking. For a truly adrenaline-packed holiday, on the other hand, don't miss out on a trip to Larix Park, an adventure park with ropes, pulleys and lianas that with its 8 hanging pathways is suitable for both young and old. Great news for 2019 is the route dedicated to Yepi, the mascot of Mottolino that children and families had the opportunity to learn about on the slopes during the winter. For the more adventurous, on the other hand, there is Venturing into the Val delle Mine, a fantastic trip through the nature of Val delle Mine for those extraordinary experiences only the mountains can offer.

Walks and relaxing at the lake

Those who prefer a quiet day shouldn’t miss a trip along the completely flat 17km of the bike/pedestrian path: on foot or by bike. It is the ideal place for spending time in the playgrounds or enjoying a picnic in one of the specially set up areas along the way. Val Alpisella gives visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature, amongst beautiful routes. All the activities to do at the lake start from this valley, including a ride on a pedalo and a range of water sports.
