Mountain & Style Experience in Livigno

Would you like to reach Livigno from Milan in just 45 minutes for a day of skiing or a day of shopping? Now it is possible. During the Expo2015, the Alps will be closer to Milan,  the chief town of Lombardy  transformed in the  center  of the world.

Mountain & Style Experience is  an idea signed by Carosello 3000 Livigno:  it  includes a return flight by 4-place helicopter from Milan – the heliport Bresso.After arriving in Livigno, also known as  Little Tibet  of Alta Valtellina, the travelers will enjoy a unique and exclusive experience.

Mountain & Style Experience offers   will depend  on the season and the preferences of travelers.During the summer there are  beauty & fashion shopping with a personal shopper in the duty free zone of Livigno, tours with personal mountain guides and bike guides with a  gourmet lunch  at  Baita Luleta in the picturesque Val Federia, or at  3,000 m above sea level at the restaurant with panoramic view  on 13 peaks of the Rhaetian Alps and the on  Glacier of Bernina. In winter, skiing is king, with an all-day experience in the company of a personal ski  instructor, snowshoeing  tours, ski mountaineering  and  even new fat bikes, designed for  riding on snow.

Helicopters are equipped with outer basket for the ski equipment transport. The flights will be carried out during daytime and are subject to weather conditions. Canceled reservations due to bad weather won't be accredited.

Skier Luca Schuler (SUI) and Snowboarder Sven Thorgren (SWE) win the Suzuki Nine Knights Big Air Competition. The world’s best skiers were joined by snowboarders for the first time at legendary Suzuki Nine Knights Big Air contest in Livigno, Italy on the 10th of April 2015.  With perfect blue bird conditions the athletes launched themselves of the 11m high jump flying 35m delighting the cheering crowd and judges. Following a week of photo and film shoots the gigantic snow castle on Mottolino Fun Mountain saw Sweden's Kevin Backström take the victory out of the snowboarders and on top of the all-Swiss ski podium was 18 year-old Swiss skier Luca Schuler.
