The traveler, writer and journalist Paolo Rumiz will be one of the important Guests of Adventure Awards Days 2015, the international festival dedicated to adventure and exploration taking place in Livigno from the 27th July to the 2nd August.
The presence of Rumiz also inaugurates a new collaboration between the festival, now in its third edition, and Osprey an American company which is market leader in the production of backpack and adventure gear
Paolo Rumiz, author of books such as La Leggenda dei monti naviganti, Tre uomini in bicicletta or Morimondo, will be in Livigno on Saturday, August 1: During the afternoon Rumiz will hold a storytelling workshop looking for the voice of the places, telling how to turn words into landscape, history and especially on the human geography of an area
Rumiz himself will be the star of the meeting with the public and with the mountaineer and storyteller Emilio Previtali. The meeting will be held on Saturday evening at Cinelux Livigno.
The presence of Rumiz confirms that the Adventure Awards Days want to give more place to stories and tales far from the idea of extreme and sport performance for its own sake.
