BARGAINS AT HIGH ALTITUDE: ADDED TO SHOPPING IN LIVIGNO ON SALES NIGHT

On Saturday 6th July, the shops and boutiques of Little Tibet will be extending their opening hours for Sales Night, so shopaholics can hunt for unmissable bargains until midnight under the magnificent starry sky of the Livigno valley

As every year, Lombardy is getting ready for its sales period, which will begin on Saturday 6th July throughout the region. Even Livigno, with its kilometre of shops, will be opening its doors at discounted prices to all residents and the many tourists that crowd the streets of Little Tibet in summer.

For the occasion, Livigno's shopkeepers will extend the opening hours of their boutiques, welcoming customers from 9.00am until late to celebrate Sales Night. On 6th July it will possible to shop at an altitude of 1816m a.s.l. until midnight, away from traffic and in the breathtaking setting of the Italian Alps. Shopkeepers will make Sales Night even more unique and characteristic by decorating their windows with stickers  that appeal to everyone, not just fashion addicts.

With over 250 duty free stores, exclusive, single-brand boutiques, addresses on the lips of all sports fans in Italy and shops linked with local tradition, the hunt for the most exclusive brands and best offers from the main brands is a sport to all effects. In this large, luxurious, high-altitude centre, the convenience of shopping merges with the pristine nature of the surrounding area. In addition to the quality of the goods on offer, duty-free shopping also attracts considerable attention. Some duty-free goods can be purchased in limited quantities whilst for others a maximum limit has been set, above which purchases must be declared when leaving the area.

Sales Night will also kick off other shopping-related events, to take place in Little Tibet throughout the summer of 2019, such as the traditional Saroch'in craft market. On Sunday, 7th July, Livigno will be filled with stalls on which artists and hobbyists display the products of their many activities along Via Saroch in order to relive the traditions of the past.
