SEPTEMBER IN LIVIGNO IS PACKED WITH ACTIVITIES FOR SPORTS ENTHUSIASTS, FOODIES AND THOSE WHO LOVE TRADITION

Bike Pass Free, food and wine events, and learning about Little Tibet’s oldest traditions. September in Livigno features a whole host of events and appointments dedicated to cuisine, culture and active outdoor activities.

Summer in Livigno is not yet over and many events still await sportspeople, visitors and the inhabitants of Livigno who can fully experience the last few weeks before the winter season begins. From biking to gastronomy, mountaineering to our traditions, as well as trekking and culture, Little Tibet continues to experience summer at full speed.

As our ski facilities are still open, visitors can head up into the mountains on their own bikes to cycle along the paths dedicated to mountain bike lovers or alternatively enjoy the mountain breeze and prevailing summer climate trekking in the Italian Alps. It will also be possible for them to experience adrenaline-packed sessions at one of Europe’s top bike parks, Mottolino, until 29th September 2019. It features 14 trails suitable for everybody, split into three levels of difficulty, as well as facilities that meet the requirements of beginners and experts alike. Mountain Park Carosello 3000 and the Sitas Mountain Area await bikers until 22nd and 15th September, respectively. These spacious areas feature over 50km of trails for all levels, from the Roller Coaster with sensational views, to the Lake of Livigno, from the super fast H-Dream (Hutr) which can launch expert bikers at a top speed of up to 70 km/hour, to Coast to Coast excursions, and the technical flow of our Blueberry Line.

Summer in Livigno is not over for lovers of hiking, running, Nordic walking either, nor all those soft activities that form part of the range of activities Livigno offers visitors. These include a day at Larix Park climbing, paragliding and even paintballing or playing golf.
Besides the many outdoor activities, visitors can also train at the Aquagranda Active You! sports centre in Livigno throughout the year. The centre offers a huge range of opportunities not only to practice sports such as swimming and running but, with 6 different areas, also meets the demands of all our guests: from relaxation in the Wellness&Relax area to fitness in the Fitness&Pool area, from outdoor activities in the brand new Run&Play area which welcomes runners (not just on the athletics track opened this summer) to wellness and beauty in the Health&Beauty area, and from the fun Slide&Fun area to tasty, healthy cuisine in the Bar&Bistrot area.  Everyone will find that Aquagranda Active You! is the ideal place for them.
