Livigno Olympic Week: the dream week (which becomes reality)

The alarm rings but you were ready before it started ringing. You have a whole day ahead and you already know that it will be a super great day, thanks to the love you feel for the snow, skis or snowboard, from which you never want to separate. Is a pleasant addiction, you are just waiting for the first weekend or holiday week to reach the mountains. Your boots are tight, the edges are perfectly sharpened, that unexplored slope and the light air that makes you feel free, far from any everyday routine.

Stars that shine and dazzle, Dorothea Wierer and Lisa Vittozzi, the two champions who in the last few days have climbed the highest steps of the World Cup, and who will try to conquer the first position on the general rank of the World Cup on this weekend -  remind to cross your fingers; also this time we want them on the podium and with the crystal globe in their hands.

Other great athletes will take part to the week, like Federico Pellegrino, second place in the World Cup sprint and silver at the World Sprint Championships, the multi-medal Giorgio Rocca, the local athlete who won the special slalom World Cup, and the Olympic medals Katia and Maria Zini, along with the 25 old glories that have participated in the past editions of the Olympics and World Cups.

And what about Michela Moioli, winner of the Pyeonchang Olympics and this year bronze at the snowboard cross world championship and third place at the general world cup?

MONDAY, 1ST APRIL

>Freestyle Experience.

>Biathlon Experience.

>Sunrise Emotion: skiing at dawn in the company of the Livigno Team athletes.

WEDNESDAY 3RD APRIL

>Alpine skiing and snowboarding parallel with athletes and former athletes from the Italian national team and Team Livigno.

 

THURSDAY 4TH APRIL

>Cross-country skiing with athletes from the Italian cross-country skiing team.

>Skiing with athletes from the Italian National Snowboarding team.

FRIDAY 5TH APRIL

>Skiing with alpine skiing athletes from Team Livigno and former athletes from the Italian National Alpine Skiing team

>5p.m. Olympic Week Closing ceremony at the Wellness centre in Aquagranda – Active You

Livigno is opening its doors to visitors from 30th March to 5th April to celebrate its official candidature for the Milan-Cortina 2026 winter Olympic Games, for a week packed with events in the company of Italian champions and Team Livigno.
