Weeks of proposals, evaluations and meetings of all those involved in the work of Little Tibet have led Livigno to come up with novelties, measures and preventive policies to guarantee, as soon as possible, a skiing holiday in complete safety: a series of actions capable of safeguarding the health of workers, residents and visitors, monitoring the situation in the locations, protect visitors who choose to book accommodation and services from now until May and ensure, at the same time, an unforgettable stay.
We have not only turned our attention to the ski lifts: we have reconsidered the offer in its entirety, following the indications given by the Government and the Superior Institute of Healthcare to guarantee travelers and athletes who choose Little Tibet for their preparation an increasingly safe stay, without giving up the rich opportunities that Livigno has always offered and will continue to offer - comments Luca Moretti, President of APT Livigno - The hard teamwork has allowed us to maintain, albeit with some necessary precautions, everything that was already present in the our offer and at the same time to enrich it with proposals, services and novelties created ad hoc to make every visitor live unique and unforgettable experiences. FREE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOTELS, FLATS AND SERVICES
Thanks to the cooperation of the operators and in collaboration with the ATC of Livigno, we have arrived to the creation of a cancellation policy plan that allows you to book the holiday in the “Little Tibet” with serenity and flexibility. According to the chosen formula, hotels and adherent flats are marked with a gold or silver stamp. The structures that display the gold stamp apply the free cancellation policy for whatever reason throughout the winter season, until May 2021, while hotels and flats with silver stamp only for the months of December and January*. Free cancellation policy are also applyed to some of the major services offered by the destination: it is possible to cancelling free of charge ski lessons booked through the Ski Schools of Livigno until 6:00 p.m. on the day before the lesson or even receive a full refund of the Skipass already purchased in case you are positive at Covid. To ensure greater protection of your holiday, you can take out an insurance policy with the Allianz insurance company at the end of your booking on livigno.eu.

SKIPASS: FROM ONLINE PURCHASE TO "DRIVE THROUGH" COLLECTION
The online purchase of the Skipass would not be enough to avoid queues and gatherings for the pick-up of the same at conventional ticket offices. For this reason, Livigno has thought about points of “Drive Through" collection: once you have completed the purchase directly online, all you need to do is to drive to one of the points set up, where it will be possible to pick up by car the Skipass in complete safety, without getting out of your car and without creating queues and assemblages.
RAPID ANTIGENIC TESTS
It is important to monitor the health situation, day after day. To cope with to this important need and thus protect the health of workers, residents and visitors, Livigno has equipped itself with rapid antihygienic tests that you can submit in situations of emergency or uncertainty. In addition to contributing to monitoring constant of the health situation in the locality, this will allow to have an answer without going to the centres outside the valley. Among these, besides cross-country skiing, which can be practiced along the ring set up right in the centre of Livigno and already from a month of skiing by amateur and professional skiers, there are also fat biking, skating on ice at the Ice Arena, horseback riding or snowmobile tours, ski touring , snowshoes, ice climbing and paragliding. In the last few weeks, the number of trails and managed routes has been implemented, monitored and ready to be covered in total autonomy thanks to the indications and the signage. Our Mountain Guides are always available to accompany you on these routes and on routes of greater difficulty according to your needs. For those who prefer to admire the Livigno panorama while relaxing at the rhythm of quiet walks, there is the Winter Trail, a 20 km route in beaten snow that starts from the heart of Livigno and winds through the entire valley. There are plenty of activities for the little ones too: the new funpark is a great innovation, in building right near the village centre, where you can have fun sliding on the snow cool with toboggan and inflatables.

On the APP My Livigno the places to reach will soon be available: once chosen and reached one of the spots, you will earn precious points, assigned according to the difficulty of the route, to participate in the Winter Challenge.
